Toyota of North America let me know I cannot bring ye truck for third party mechanics because they will not cover. However, when I bring the truck to other dealership, they don't want to touch my truck a truck for third party mechanics because they will not cover. However, when I bring the truck to other dealership, they don't want to touch my truck and claim the truck has open tickets. And Toyota of North America said each dealership has option whether they want to take my truck for warranty repairs. So if this is not baloney, I don't know what is baloney. This Toyota company is not responsible and always claim they make the best vehicle out there by simply denial and ignore repairs/ problem. No wonder Toyota made the best vehicle because when dealership denial Issues so not issues means no problem. Also, To be honest , idont recommend Longo because they didn’t like to keep the car buyer as a long-term customer by offering after-sales service .Jason is the salesman who is taking care of my vehicle ，but after we signed everything later he just deleted my contact with him.
