I enjoyed my experience, overall. I found most of the staff to be friendly and patient with the exception of the front desk attendant on the far left as you enter the door. She completely ignored me even staff to be friendly and patient with the exception of the front desk attendant on the far left as you enter the door. She completely ignored me even after I walked dio and politely asked for help. The attendant on the far right was very helpful. Bill was friendly and knowledgeable regarding the vehicles. However, my experience between departments was a bit stressful. For example, when I was done with finance, I was given the paper license plates and left to wander alone in the dealership asking people what the next step was for about 20 minutes. One last note, I consistently had to prove to employees (sales and finance) I was in the military. They insisted they no seeing my LES pay stub when Toyota policy accepts either my military ID or LES. Nobody carries their military pay stub around as often as they do their ID. J Overall, Bill was nice. The price was fair. Customer service could use se work but i loved the amenities while I waited. More
Purchased a used car here today with Fred Williams and he was absolutely wonderful. He was very nice and helpful and wasn’t the stereotypical car dealer. The car I test drove was dirty. I bought the car with the promise it would be cleaned before delivery. Upon delivery to my house, I completed the paperwork before discovering the car had not been cleane the promise it would be cleaned before delivery. It was the second car I bought at Longo and will be my last. As for servicing, I can't trust them either as a result. More
