Mario and Christain was very professional and helpful, I had to bring back the Hyundai tucson, because of the transmission. I was able to get another car, actually a upgrade from what I had!!! Ms. Fong, comprehensively and competently finished my paperwork and was agreeable with a special request made as well as Chris regarding supporting my effort as an Asian American Writer to pickup a copy of my ebook Autobiography. All and all a very personable experience. Left feeling nicely serviced by Longo staff, irrespective of final price a tad on the high side, but considering the service, lack of ‘Instant’ availability of ‘Great Gas Mileage Toyota Hybrids (They required a deposit, then would be delivered in appr 3 mos, hopefully) As I was in an urgent situation, the whole experience eas acceptable and I went home that evening a satisfied customer with a Toyota Camry Hybrid SE. This car buying experience was the exact opposite of all of my previous dealership experiences. Christian was efficient and friendly. Everything was well explained and dollar amounts crystal clear. No sneaky business. Test drive was on our own, so we had the opportunity to fully inspect the entire car. I really was not planning on purchasing a car on the first day of car hunting. I’m the kind of person that has to mull it over before I pull the plug. So happy to have found something under budget and confident of our decision.
