Took my Toyota Miri for regular service, after leaving the dealership, the gas and the break pedals failed on the freeway and I was about to crash badly, till I managed to stop on the shoulder, I was abou the dealership, the gas and the break pedals failed on the freeway and I was about to crash badly, till I managed to stop on the shoulder, I was about to lose my life, worst experience EVER!!! We bought our Rav 4 Hybrid during the crazy Presidential sales weekend. Longo was packed, but Sheri was beyond excellent. Her day off! Sheri was extremely patient, friendly and informative. She went above and beyond to assist us on and off the clock and has great social skills.
