The yelp reviews are true! Honestly, I am so so wary of dealerships in general. I was very reluctant to give in and expand my options to dealerships instead of craigslist, but I had a pleasant time here. Ricardo was extremely helpful and transparent with costs, warranty, the test drive, and above all, had my interests at heart while helping me. Although financing a car is too much for me at the moment, and I ended up buying a prius through another dealer that had a wider price range that fit my needs, you cannot go wrong with the service here. I would highly recommend this place to friends and family. More

COMFORTING EXPERIENCE WITH RICARDO Ricardo was very nice, humble, and comforting from meeting him, all the way to the end. I felt he did his best to help me out. He was very patient which helped the experience not be as stressful. (the only stressful part was when I got to the insurance part. But that was because of the insurance quotes I was receiving and that was irrelevant to the actual car buying experience at Longo.)
