After a simple phone call, we were scheduled with Isaac. He greeted us immediately, showed us the car that we were interested in, and a couple others to compare. We made our selection, and were done in 3 hours. Isaac was amazing! His follow up and follow through, even after the sale was sooo impressive. Will definitely be back to work with him and highly recommend him to anyone else! More

Great buying experience When I arrived at the dealership I was very interested in buying a Tacoma Pro, white. Arina immediately approached me. I told her what I wanted. She immediately brought me inside, told me that she thought the dealership had just gotten my exact preference in the previous day, and checked her inventory. It took about 45 minutes for her to find it, but she did. She took me to it and it was exactly the truck I was searching for. As a matter of fact, it was so new that it was still wrapped in plastic. Longo's asking price was $2000 below sticker. Another dealership wanted $10000 over asking. No haggling... easy purchase, excellent salesperson in Arina. Would definitely go back to Longo in the future, and hopefully Arina will still be working there. THANK YOU ARINA!!! More

You can trust that your car is in good hands from beginning to end! I consider Mandi Davis to be an exceptional service advisor at Longo: she makes sure the customer is comfortable by having treats and a space heater (no kidding!) available at her desk. She exhibits the perfect blend of an attentive hostess TO YOU and a careful guardian of YOUR CAR. Mandi can view the whole picture without forgetting any details: she will list (and clearly explain) your repair options according to their priority in safety. She’ll try her hardest to work along w/ you, always keeping your budget and time in mind. There are also other "little things" that Mandi does to go the extra mile for you and your car at Longo.
