My husband and I are very happy we listened to my mom. We had a wonderful experience. David was extremely helpful, transparent, patient and great with my kids. Because of the trade-in, and two contracts we ended up being at the dealership way past their closing time and David stayed to walk us through the features of our car and helped us set up the technology. He even called a few days after our purchase to see how we were doing. Quang was also great. He was very thorough in his explanations of what each extras were, how each would change the monthly payment and gave his recommendations for what we should do.
