Dealing with Jeff through email communication was exceptionally easy...he listens, email communication was spot on plus informative and he answered all questions promptly. He provided a quote ...told him I had outside financing through my credit union amd he provided to me all instructions i needed to just have me go in and sign all the paperwork. Made an appointment ...meet with him and in record time he had me in and out In less than 30 min. During our conversation...we mentioned our negative experience with a previous dealship we went to(Carson Toyota-Anthony) and during the conversation ...he mentioned that Longo has taught them to always treat their customers like how they want to be treated. I had been looking for a used Toyota Sienna SE but could not find the right vehicle elsewhere , I finally found something I liked through Autotrader which led me to Longo Toyota thus meeting JDS. I had seen a Sienna that I liked , test drive and looked at the history and everything looked good about the car . I traded my 2016 Honda Pilot and took home my new ( used ) 2014 Sienna . I think minivans are the greatest thing ! Unfortunately, the next day while looking thoroughly at the van I noticed that the driver side rear quarter Panel had been painted in a very mediocre ( unstandard ) of what a dealership would do . The panel looked like it's was painted with a paint brush . I was very disappointed on what I saw , I immediately called Longo Toyota and spoke to one of the sales managers and JDS and explained what I had discovered on the van . They listened and understood my situation , they agreed to unwind the deal and said that I could exchange it for another minivan . It only took JDS a few days to find the perfect van for me , he found a 2016 Toyota Sienna SE in the same color that I wanted and the options too ! The experience I had with JDS and Longo Toyota was above and beyond . It was everything that I had expected working with the largest Toyota dealership ! More power to you ! God bless you more ! More

BEST Car Shopping Experience Ever THANK YOU LONGO TOYOTA!!!! My husband and I had been Trucks shopping over a month. After many weeks of research and quotes we found a truck online tha THANK YOU LONGO TOYOTA!!!! My husband and I had been Trucks shopping over a month. After many weeks of research and quotes we found a truck online that fit our wants and needs. We emailed and got info from Steven Hess. We kept in contact with him for a couple of weeks. We continued to visit local Toyota dealers in Orange County. Numerous times we were told the truck we wanted was NOT in our budget. Steven helped us!! he was super knowledgeable and awesome to work with he was patient and didn't pressure us. We did most of our dealing via email and he made us a deal we were in disbelief. We even still shopped around and nobody could match nor beat his deal. From Fullerton to El Monte it was WORTH THE DRIVE. I will forever recommend Steven Hess to anybody in the market for a new car. He was straightforward the paperwork was a breeze no surprises when we arrived he entertained our every request. The Fiance Manager Eddie Afra was also equally helpful explaining our entire transaction. Which made us comfortable and made the thousand signatures easy. He was knowledgeable and didn't pressure us into adding anything additional. This was by far the best car shopping experience ever. We are still in disbelief. Thank you so much! More
