I bought my 2018 Tundra at Longo and I've had my truck serviced there since. My advisor Wendy Nava does an excellent job ensuring things are done to my satisfaction. After service was completed, they re serviced there since. My advisor Wendy Nava does an excellent job ensuring things are done to my satisfaction. After service was completed, they realized a pin was not pulled from my transmission thermostat. They ensured me it did not affect the transmission in anyway and sent someone to my home to pull the pin out to ensure the transmission temperature would be regulated correctly. I was impressed with their honesty and prompt action. More
