Tony was great from beginning to end. He greeted us before we even made it to the door. He went over all our options with us and made sure we understood everything. He had a great energy and was always checking in throughout the process to make sure we were comfortable and had what we needed. He even made sure they detailed the car for us and gave us goodie bags for the kids. Chad also took the time to make sure we got the interest rate we deserved and the extra options we needed to cover us with warranties and oil changes etc. making sure we were covered if anything were to happen. All while fitting it into our budget so we could afford it. And with having kids this was especially important to us. We were very nervous getting a new car on a tight budget that would meet or needs with the coverage we needed as well. But they made it a fun and easy process. This was the best car buying experience we ever had! Even after when I had questions and realized we didn't get floor mats Tony was super helpful and took care of us so the customer service didn't end after the sale like so many other dealerships. Everything was great I will definitely be referring everyone I know to come see Tony and Chad at Longo. When they say we got you they mean it! I truly felt they cared about our needs aand valued us as a customer. Thanks for making it a great experience all around! You guys rock! More

As a Child of a Toyata employee I’ve been overly blessed to drive company cars since i could Drive. So As a first time car buyer i was Definitely nervous.
