Picked up a new Prius today after changing my ETA to 5 hours earlier than originally scheduled. Even so, Tony was able to accommodate and had me driving home in less than an hour. I liked that he checked hours earlier than originally scheduled. Even so, Tony was able to accommodate and had me driving home in less than an hour. I liked that he checked in with me the day before.
