I looked all over DFW for the Highlander I wanted. Talked to every major Toyota dealership. Harrison was perfect! He helped me find the exact vehicle I was looking for and only showed me alternate vehicles that had the same requirements I had provided him with, in fact the trim package I ended up buying wasn’t even one on my radar, but I’m so glad he showed it to me because I like it more than the one I asked him to find! I worked with him for several weeks over text and email - he was regularly in touch, letting me know how the hunt was going and really listening to feedback I gave him on each “not this one”.
