In the past 15 years, I bought 4 cars from Longo and I have been using their services for my cars. I may not go for all the oil changes there, but always go there for major services and repairs. Over the years, they earned my trust in their services. They may not be the cheapest place to go in the town, but they have demonstrated their integrity in conducting their business. This time, I went there because my car had hesitation in starting the motor, and I had the battery changed 7 months ago. I thought it was the alternator or oil pump that went bad. They ran the diagnosis test and it turned out to be the new battery I bought from another place that went bad. They replaced it and they re-ran another test after the new battery was installed to be sure there were no other hidden electrical leaks that would drain the battery. The work was done professionally and Alex kept me updated along the way. I am 100% satisfied with their work. More

Every visit is very professional, polite, accurate and efficient. It’s worth the hour drive for service. The high rating I gave was based on Mr Mathew Menéndez ‘s assistance., he did a great service recovery!, because the day before I was not treated well. I had taken the car for maintenance, Alex suggested I c assistance., he did a great service recovery!, because the day before I was not treated well. I had taken the car for maintenance, Alex suggested I change the sparks plugs, I agreed as long as I could leave at 1:30 pm because I was with my mother and I was taking her to the doctor that afternoon. Right after 1:00 pm, they notified me that the technician broke a part, they were going to replace it ( I did appreciate the honesty), but the part was not available, they offered a rental, but there was no car available!( the manager at the enterprise was not pleasant at all). I ended up being taken on an Lift to the medical appt. Afterwards I had to call a friend to pick us up, then take my mother to LA, then take me back to Sunland, where I reside. Alex , the person handling my car, did not offer me a lift back to the dealer the next day, so again I had to call a fruend to drive me back to the dealer! , I was very upset but Mr Menendez was very helpful and compensated us for the troubles, .Thank you Mr Menéndez.!
