Without an appointment, the Longo team helped me out with no problem, and fixed my vehicle issue in a few hours. Also, the complimentary shuttle service was a great first time experience for me. My sales rep Mandi, was excellent. Unfortunately, the staff who were “helping” me coordinate shuttle service to and from the adjacent city 5 miles away didn’t come through. I ended up buying my own Lyft to get back to Longo to pick up my car. It was an extra $20 bucks spent despite “free” shuttle service. I called the shuttle service number repeatedly but no one answered. I called the main line explaining my situation, and the operator (Nefry?) took my number and promised that a sales rep was going to call me back to arrange a Lyft. I waited,... no one called. After almost an hour, I summoned my bown Lyft because it was getting late into the afternoon. No one from Longo ever called back, such a bummer. More
