Sometimes it is meant to be and what a true blessing in disguise our car-buying experience turned out to be! We initially reached out to Bomnin Chevrolet after seeing what looked like an incredible deal disguise our car-buying experience turned out to be! We initially reached out to Bomnin Chevrolet after seeing what looked like an incredible deal on a vehicle. We called to confirm it was actually on the lot—only to face the classic runaround and deceptive tactics that so many others have unfortunately encountered there (bait-and-switch claims, vehicles "not available" despite ads, and overall frustrating dishonesty). It was disappointing and a huge waste of time, but thank goodness it pushed us to look elsewhere. That's when we discovered Lorenzo Buick GMC in Miami (Doral area), and specifically Carlos Valino in sales. From the very first contact, the difference was night and day! We called Lorenzo to inquire about a similar vehicle, and Carlos responded immediately—within 30 seconds he sent over clear, detailed pictures of the exact truck/SUV we were interested in. No games, no delays, just straight-up transparency and eagerness to help. Twenty minutes later, we were already on our way to the dealership. Carlos went above and beyond every step of the way: He personally ensured the vehicle was ready and exactly as represented. He handled all the paperwork efficiently and clearly, explaining everything without any hidden surprises or pressure. He made the entire process smooth and enjoyable, truly treating us like valued customers rather than just another sale. Then came the financing side—David Martinez in finance was outstanding! He structured everything with ease, clarity, and fairness. No confusing fees, no last-minute upsells—just straightforward, structured options that worked perfectly for us. We drove away that same day in our brand-new vehicle, thrilled with the purchase and the people who made it happen.
