I was stranded in homestead due to faulty warranty work completed by a different dealership. They did eventually get the truck fixed but I could not get Alex to even pick up the phone for three days. Appar completed by a different dealership. They did eventually get the truck fixed but I could not get Alex to even pick up the phone for three days. Apparently he was “unavailable” every time I called to find out what was going on. At the end of the day it was probably not an unreasonable time to wait for the truck. A little communication would have really changed my view of the entire experience. . More
