At first our experience was fine, but after purchasing my vehicle, every single person that partook in the sale did not inform me at all that the vehicle I was purchasing was needing to get work done. The check engine light came on 5 hours after I drove the vehicle home after purchasing. This then entailed for them to hold onto my car for 3 weeks with ZERO communication on what was being done to the car or how long it would take to complete the work. Our service representative Junior was no help either as he didn’t reach out to us or return our many calls and voicemails to check in and find out what is going on. Truly the only star is for Alex the Used Sales Manager who was able to assist in some what making the situation better. I truly enjoy Nissan as a company and it’s why I decided to repurchase one after my accident. I just don’t think I will be returning to this specific location again. More
