From the time I bought my new Armada with Emmanuel, and just had repair done through service with Terry, and all the times I took my Titan there for regular service… Lorenzo Nissan had been Fantastic!!! BUYER BEWARE! ! IF YOU WANT TO PAY DOUBLE CAR PAYMENTS THIS IS YOUR DEALER!! We purchased a vehicle 21 days ago and dealership has yet to pay off my trade-in. Calle ! IF YOU WANT TO PAY DOUBLE CAR PAYMENTS THIS IS YOUR DEALER!! We purchased a vehicle 21 days ago and dealership has yet to pay off my trade-in. Called them numerous times and left multiple messages requesting to speak to a manager but no one will return my call. Got our salesperson involved and he states that management is saying the payoff was made a week ago but my lender is saying otherwise. Yesterday I had the pleasure of making a payment on my old vehicle even though I no longer own it. If I didnt make the payment I would have had a 30 day on my credit. My lender also informed me that I am responsible for all payments moving forward until payoff is received. On a side note my lender says most payoffs are done via ACH so their story of paying the car off a week ago doesn't even sound legit. Nobody from this dealership seems to care!! More
