Went in for an oil change and MPI on my Kia Soul. ......Lots of things were ticked off as being ok even my cabin filter.....I felt that strange as the filter has not been changed in over two years.... ......Lots of things were ticked off as being ok even my cabin filter.....I felt that strange as the filter has not been changed in over two years....when I got home, I decided to take the filter out....that's when I saw that the filter was completely plugged with debris.....obviously they did not check it ; makes you wonder how many items were checked off but not even inspected....just a heads up to anyone who is getting a MPI at Lost Pines Toyota Very noticeable too that Lost Pines usually only responds to the positive reviews,, that should tell you something right there More

They did nit complete all the repairs I requested. I needed a new frame for my front license plate that was cracked and it was not replaced. They did not let me know it was going to take hours to diag I needed a new frame for my front license plate that was cracked and it was not replaced. They did not let me know it was going to take hours to diagnose the problem with my front passenger seat that was not working . I was there 4 hours ajd although the mechanic worked very hard to complete the work he was unable to determine why the electrical on the front passenger seat would not work ajd so I left with a broken license plate traje and seat still broken . I live in Houston by the way but drive here so I can service my vehicle where I purchased it . More
