I had a good experience with Q in purchasing my 2020 Lexus GX460 but am gravely dissappointed in management and the decisions to money-grab with the GPS trackers on vehicles for $1399. Nathan took good care of me and kept me informed of the work being done. I made my appointment last Monday for Saturday at 8:00 to have my oil changed, State Inspection and an alignment. I bought my car from Lost Pines Toyota and recently got an oil change there at their service center. I had to wait 1 hour 40 min which is almost too long of a wait. I did get an appointment right away tho an oil change there at their service center. I had to wait 1 hour 40 min which is almost too long of a wait. I did get an appointment right away though so I expected to have to wait. There were no discounts either for the oil change. I had cars before were I received a discount. I had to take the car to the dealership's service center where I bought the car, but at least I got a discount. Service people were nice and polite though and apologized for the longer wait. More
