I would not recommend this dealership based on my experience. When we purchased our vehicle, we were told there wasn’t a Carfax report available and that the vehicle had not been in an accident. W experience. When we purchased our vehicle, we were told there wasn’t a Carfax report available and that the vehicle had not been in an accident. We later discovered that it had actually been involved in a major accident. Had we known the truth, we would have never purchased the vehicle. Since buying it, we’ve dealt with one problem after another. The front bumper was damaged, yet the dealership expected us to pay for the repair. Now, we’ve discovered a crack in the air conditioning system that causes it to continually lose refrigerant. Despite the vehicle being only two years old and we just bought it 5 months ago, the dealership wants to charge us $189 just to inspect the issue. We feel like we were misled from the beginning and have been left to deal with expensive repairs that stem from problems we were never informed about. Transparency and honesty are essential when purchasing a vehicle, and unfortunately, that was not our experience. I hope this review encourages others to do thorough research before buying from this dealership. More

You should put Volkswagen in the “Make” list. Alsomy sales person is not listed. Send one of these with information that is relevant to my purchase. I bought a Volkswagen Atlas Cross Sport but th Alsomy sales person is not listed. Send one of these with information that is relevant to my purchase. I bought a Volkswagen Atlas Cross Sport but they wouldn’t let me submit my survey until I selected a car. I “Envisioned” a better survey system. More
When coming to find a vehicle, dealerships should have to inspect the vehicles before they sell them. There should have been no reason that I didn’t even have my new car for a full 24 hours and two dash ligh inspect the vehicles before they sell them. There should have been no reason that I didn’t even have my new car for a full 24 hours and two dash lights came on. If I’m spending around 10-14k you guys should do better. Highly disappointed, will not recommend this place. More
They do a very good job on my vehicles over the years to why I would recommend anyone 100% to them and also to why I’ve been with them for over 15 years now why I would recommend anyone 100% to them and also to why I’ve been with them for over 15 years now More
In for service. Service admin person was good, but the actual service was a nightmare. Waited one and a half hours to get key FOB replaced. Then once I got home, I r Service admin person was good, but the actual service was a nightmare. Waited one and a half hours to get key FOB replaced. Then once I got home, I realized that the key FOB I received was the wrong one. It was missing remote start which my old unit had. This should have been simply obvious by looking at the remote since there is an additional button. I also mentioned that this was the only reason I was getting a new one since the vehicle was a 2009. I was charged over $600 dollars for (2) remote FOBS. Ridiculous! But since I'm being held over a barrel, I decided to complete the transaction. Once home and discovered that the key FOB was the wrong one, I contacted Mr Herman. He ordered the correct key FOB and it took over one week to receive. I came back in and sat another 1.5 hours to get the correct key FOB. All was at no additional charge but should have been since the crew up was not my fault. The 3 hours and $600 dollars was way too long, since my time is worth something, and way to expensive. I will never go back to Lou Bacrodt service. I will go to another local GM/Chevy dealer. I will not purchase a new or used vehicle from them because the service is so bad. More
