Ordered a Corvette 18 months ago. Car just came in this weekend. Dealer tried to charge me $5,000 over sticker, and then added about $4,000 in Dealer fee’s. They told me cars were selling at $30,000 over weekend. Dealer tried to charge me $5,000 over sticker, and then added about $4,000 in Dealer fee’s. They told me cars were selling at $30,000 over sticker. I told them they wouldn’t have the car if I haven’t ordered it. They removed the $5,000 over, but still charge me $2,800 for a bogus service plan that only covers first oil change. Which was not in place when I ordered car. And when I order car dealer fee was $599, they charged $1,295. Plus other charges. Sad that in times of short supply due to pandemic that dealers need to over charge customers, just because they can. The dealer had my $2,000 deposit for 18 months. This is why I bought a Tesla, cuts out the dealers. We don’t need them, they act like Mobsters here. Avoid them. More

DONT EVER BUY HERE!!!!! The worst dealership of all time! They are complete liars when buying the car and even worse when it comes to what they promise to you! The service departments isn't any better!!! I have never had a worse experience in my life! I bought a car about 5 months ago. We were guaranteed the car was under warranty and that the back up camera would be fixed without an issue and many other things. I brought my car in for the back up camera come to find out I had to pay for it to be fixed on top of that they found an issue with the tranny and I need to pay to fix that also. I called the sales person Pablo that sold the car to me and he straight up lied to telling me he never guarantee he would fix the camera and he only said the car was still under warranty.... I explained to him but it wasn't still under warranty. He told me well you bought a used car what did I expect and there was nothing he could do for me. I was livid what he did was so unfair so we went above his head to Mathew to get what we were guaranteed and magically the car was still under warranty. The sales manager Mathew promised us he would get it all fixed! So I brought my car in and after a week they tell me its all fixed. I asked them if they fix the tranny issue he said there was no tranny issue?! I told him to go back into my records from when the car was first there and he said he would call me back. He called me back and said oh yeah we did say you needed that but the new battery fixed the tranny issue... ( LIKE WHAT LIARS they just didn't want to pay for it since it was in their hands this time around). But Camilo did agreed that sounded sketchy and he said as a "courtesy" he would have them replace the part. Finally he tells me my cars all done. As soon as I get home I notice my back up camera was still not working properly... I called him and told him he said he was sorry and he would try to order me a new one. He orders me a new one and tells me to come in to put it in I told him I needed a loaner I have three children and need a car. He told me he would call me back. He never did. I call them back to find out what happened come to find out Camilo Ocampo the one that had been helping me no longer works there... shocker right he was probably tired of working for crooks! So I explain to the new person Brandon I need the camera installed and my cars running rough. Brandon tells me he has to wait for a loaner. After a week of not calling me back I finally pushed him to ask his manager for a rental because my car felt terrible... He got me in a rental a while later which I had to call him back he never calls back! FINALLY I get my car in and they replace my back up camera and tell me they found nothing wrong with the car running "rough". A few days later I notice the camera is still having lines through it and color malfunctions and I call Brandon and he was shocked but said he had to wait for a loaner this time couldn't because he couldnt give me a rental for just a back up camera. Sooooo as I was waiting for this loaner my engine check light pops on! I called to tell Brandon and he brushed it off like oh its fine we just checked everything but well look at it when I get you a loaner. Finally another week later he calls me to tell me he has a loaner. I bring my car in AGAIN! for them to fix my back up camera and check the check engine light issue. I CALL two days later (bc they NEVER call you back) to find out what's going on because he gave me a car that didn't fit my three kids and he goes "yeah, your cars ready the purge valve was bad and he cant replicate what the cameras doing not once." I gave him proof of a video of exactly what my back up camera was doing and I told him it does it to me daily he's like "Well we just cant figure it out." He tells me that not to worry it will still be covered even if I hit 36k miles because its been serviced a few time before the mile warranty was up. SOOOO after all my complaining of the car running rough for some reason the previous time they had the car they didn't find the leak or the purge valve and let me keep running my car down after I kept saying its idling and running rough! They needed the check engine light to tell them what to do. I don't know what kind of technicians they have but if someone tells them if the car is idling and running rough do you not check the purge valve! I AM SO OVER THIS HORRRRIBLE staff I will be calling corporate and I will never stop getting the word out how terrible these people are!!!!! they are complete lazy liars!!! DONT EVER BUY A CAR HERE More
they hit me with a sales price bait and switch, and the sales manager, Pablo< was kind of a of a jerk. Really poorly managed. THEN... Get This.... as I drove off the lot, the tire pressure sensor lit up. I told my seles person I would put air in the tire and see if it was that simple of a fix. Wound up there was a screw in the tire... They actually sold me a car with a flat tire... hard to believe I know. Because I left saturday after service was closed, and service is not open sunday, I paid to fix the flat myself... $38 at Tire King... And the sale manager Pablo refused to cover that expense. Total garbage move on his part. And he was a total xxxxxxx when I asked him to cover the charge. he said something to the effect of "its only 38 bucks, do you really need the money that bad?" More
