While I am very satisfied with the vehicle I chose, the gentleman in the finance department Mohammad ensured that I most likely will not be back looking for another car there anytime soon. He seemed very cold, didn't understand why I didnt want to purchase a brand new car, and was a bit insulting when I wanted to finance 5,000-7,000. He told me over and over that no bank would take the loan because of the year of the car. He definitely didn't care about the interests of the customer and only was polite to me after I walked back into the dealership with 5 grand cash. He didnt even finish closing the deal with me, just had his co-worker who reeked of cigarettes do the rest. Thanks again to Bill who went out of his way to assist me for many hours. I love my Honda Civic. More

If I could give a zero I would it was the worst service I’ve ever received at Lou Backroad Chevrolet. I waited two hours for oil change when people that came in to get their brakes fixed and other issues w I’ve ever received at Lou Backroad Chevrolet. I waited two hours for oil change when people that came in to get their brakes fixed and other issues were leaving before me and they had arrived after me I never was able to sign off on any of the information I also asked for them to check on the recall for the wiper blades and he said oh no there’s no recall yet I received an email and a letter in the mail the next day it was also left outside not offered any water or any kind of service whatsoever after I went in and I could see that my car was still hanging and they weren’t doing anything yet I will never go back to Lou Backroad Chevrolet and they never will get service or but I will never buy another car from them ever again More
