2 hrs for an oil change.. Did not correctly fasten an air hose which disabled vehicle once left service . Had to be Towed back to service center to be corrected.. Only an apology. The service advisor was nice and professional. However, the timing for the entire transaction was horrible. What is the purpose of obtaining an appointment if your time is going to be completely ignored. I the timing for the entire transaction was horrible. What is the purpose of obtaining an appointment if your time is going to be completely ignored. I scheduled an oil change and a tire rotation and blocked 2 hours of my time to seat and wait for my vehicle to be serviced. Now from time to time, things happened and a slight delay can occur but not a 4.5 hours delay for an oil change! That is disrespectful to a customer and a complete disregard to peoples time and schedules. More

When I arrived for my appointment, I was told, shop is backed up at less 2hrs. I was there on my lunch break. There was not courtesy vehicle to take me back. I waited over 2-1/2 hrs, then walked out side backed up at less 2hrs. I was there on my lunch break. There was not courtesy vehicle to take me back. I waited over 2-1/2 hrs, then walked out side to see my truck siting there, walked over to the service guy like was you going to let me know my truck is ready? “Printing now” Then a day later I two nails in my tires. Relatively painless service department, repairs are timely, but costs are probably high, on last visit my repair was not completed, my seatbelt had to be reattached by a service tech, pain in the butt timely, but costs are probably high, on last visit my repair was not completed, my seatbelt had to be reattached by a service tech, pain in the butt as I waited for something that should have been done since they called said it was done and I had paid the bill. This experience makes one one wonder what bolts or screws are left off by service techs where I can’t see them, unlike my seatbelt! More
