Not easy to set an appointment or get one that is convenient to schedule. Get there and most of the employees will just walk past you as if you don't exist. They apparently don't have enough workers convenient to schedule. Get there and most of the employees will just walk past you as if you don't exist. They apparently don't have enough workers because it doesn't take 2 - 3 hours just for an oil change and tire rotation. What's the purpose of an appointment if you have to wait that long. When I arrived, there was already about 15 people already waiting Also I asked them to check the air in the tires, but when I got it back all 4 tires had different air levels. I'm still not sure if they even rotated them. More
