Please do not come to this dealership to get your car repaired. Had the same issue in for repair 4 times in less than a year and still not sure if it's fixed. Only time will tell . Not one servic repaired. Had the same issue in for repair 4 times in less than a year and still not sure if it's fixed. Only time will tell . Not one service manager picked up their phone or return messages. You are only allowed to deal with the original service representative or your repiar will be delayed even more. So if they are on vacation or have the day off you're out of luck and will have to wait.( I'm pretty confident this is not the fault of the service representatives and this is just how the process works at the dealership) They never have loaner cars, they won't drive you home, and they won't call a ride share to take you home. This is the opposite of any car dealership I've ever dealt with and my wife has ever dealt with. More

Today’s appointment went very well with excellent service.The last appointment I had did not go as well the operator I spoke to scheduled me for an oil change at a different dealership and once I got service.The last appointment I had did not go as well the operator I spoke to scheduled me for an oil change at a different dealership and once I got there I was given a really hard time, I was very disappointed with the way I was treated at the service department .
