Bought my truck there 3 1/2 years ago and have done all services with them. Still, each time I go I get the worst service on the planet. Hours and hours of wasted time. Always had an appointment but always services with them. Still, each time I go I get the worst service on the planet. Hours and hours of wasted time. Always had an appointment but always put in line to wait every time. 4 hours for for an oil change. Warranty work told don't give loaners. Spent $40 on Ubers. Told I was on my own. Then last week I bring it in told them I would be back in 2 hours. He tells tech didn't need to be done until 5pm. So after hours of waiting another service rep checks and informs me of that. His response was its like going to the doctors office, you just have to wait. So I send an email to the general manager. I wasn't important enough to him to talk to me. He dumped me on a service manager. Instead of him being part of the solution he was part of the problem. Only made excuses. Then he gives me a loaner. I said I was told you don't give loaners. He said yes we do. I informed him of the money the previous lie cost me. I gave them an opportunity to at least attempt to make it right. When they chose not to I changed the 3 oil change purchase to 1 and told him I would not be back. Clearly they don't want to keep me as a customer. They just wanted to get rid of me because I am one of the few that will speak up when I receive poor treatment. 2 things will result. When it is time to spend $50k+ on a new truck it will be a Ford or Dodge. And second I will be your PR nightmare. More
