I am very disappointed in this service center and dealership, they sold me an SUV that supposedly went through a rigorous inspection prior to being on the lot. Day 1 after purchasing the vehicle I no dealership, they sold me an SUV that supposedly went through a rigorous inspection prior to being on the lot. Day 1 after purchasing the vehicle I noticed a horrible transmission shutter and brought it back to the dealership for investigation since I had purchased a warranty. My vehicle sat there for 2 months before they confirmed the transmission was bad and I waited another month before the new transmission got put in. It was like pulling teeth trying to get an update from these people. More

Brought my car in for a safety inspection. Lou Fusz failed my car for something it was not certain was in violation of the safety rules. Rather than contact Missouri State Highway Patrol Troop C to ask failed my car for something it was not certain was in violation of the safety rules. Rather than contact Missouri State Highway Patrol Troop C to ask their opinion, they simply failed the car and told me to appeal it with Troop C. Note, Lou Fusz has passed my car with these tail lamps since 2014. I contacted Troop C and they passed my car. Lou Fusz caused me considerable stress over this situation. They also told me once the car fails, the failure MUST be reported to the state so taking the car to another inspection center was not an option. Lou Fusz should have taken the time and effort to make the call themselves in this situation where they admitted they were not absolutely certain the tail lamps were in violation of the rules. Instead, they simply failed the car and pushed it to me to contact Troop C, who by the way are awesome and very helpful, resolved the incorrect assessment and passed my car!! More
