Took three days to get a wheel alignment completed. This was after scheduling an appointment 3 weeks in advance. They gave me options for repairs and I chose this dealership. Then I called the dealership to see what my options were for transportation. I wanted my kid off the side of the road as soon as possible! Lou Fusz Ford sent a courtesy car; and it was there within 15 minutes! What a relief for this mom. The husband stayed behind with the truck. The tow company worked with the dealership for all payments. The dealership filed my extended warranty. I paid for an oil change which was due anyway AND THAT WAS IT! They were so nice and so helpful! This was NOTHING like dealing with the Ford Dealership here in Brandon! If I could give Brian Noles a raise, I’d triple his salary! He was truly a Godsend for us! I cannot say thank you enough to this man! If I lived in the area, THIS would definitely be MY Dealership! And A&A towing was awesome also! Quick and on it! Wonderful People! More

Was charged for a diagnostic that didn’t find a cooling fan problem resulting in being stranded on highway and tow to a better shop. Was told by fuzz I needed a new motor…not a fan.
