Previous trips to this dealership were pleasant and fairly priced, but my most recent trip was not pleasant and I don’t plan to return. $180 per diagnostic just to tell me my timing chain is rattling a fairly priced, but my most recent trip was not pleasant and I don’t plan to return. $180 per diagnostic just to tell me my timing chain is rattling and my brakes are rusty, not complicated problems to diagnose. Wanted another $450 just to clean the brakes, no parts replaced. $/hr for labor not shown anywhere on the quote or the receipt. No labor time estimates provided on the quote, you just throw a number on paper and expect me to eat it. I think the service advisor was looking to maximize his commission with zero regard for the customer. I will not return, I do not recommend. R/O #111601776/1 More
