I’ve been here a few times now. It states complimentary wash with oil change. This last time I went I specifically asked if a vacuum was included. (Because I didn’t get it the last It states complimentary wash with oil change. This last time I went I specifically asked if a vacuum was included. (Because I didn’t get it the last time). The guy said yes. When I got my car back. It had not been vacuumed. Also he suggested some services that needed to be done. I had to decline at the time, but I asked if it was on my paperwork. Again the guy said yes but it wasn’t. I wanted to know so I can prepare for the work that needed to be done. More

Josh was amazing! !! He answered every question and then some. Also helped with identifying items in the K5 we were not familiar with as this is our 1st new car purc !!
