I came in for a simple oil change. I even had a reservation (several weeks before) for a specific time. Before I showed up I even called the Service Rep to make sure I will not be de I even had a reservation (several weeks before) for a specific time. Before I showed up I even called the Service Rep to make sure I will not be delayed that day. They said I would not be. But I had to wait over 2 HOURS!!! That means you all over booked. And I had an important things to do that day that I had to cancel. What's the point of making a reservation and you still overbook. I am seriously thinking about making a call to Kia Regional Rep. Or putting this comment on Google. More

The Service is always very timely, however I was mislead by the desk associate, in which they told me I was due for an oil change and I wasn't. My car was telling me I needed service so I booked an appointm by the desk associate, in which they told me I was due for an oil change and I wasn't. My car was telling me I needed service so I booked an appointment to figure out why, and they said it was because of how much time had passed. It was only three months when I checked after getting back home. Sketchy business practices there. I am highly debating if I even want to go back. I still don't know if the reason my car saying it needed service was actually taken care of or not. More
