Best Service Team I have been using the Lou Fusz Service Team for 20 years. I have been with them from the time that they were at Lindbergh and Manchester Road in the tiny little Kia dealership to when they transition to Lindbergh and Page and Now at their Gallery Dealership in Creve Coeur, MO. The outstanding automotive service and customer service that I have received throughout these years has made me a Lou Fusz Customer for life. I have had serious repairs and the team has always made it as pleasant as possible. Andy(Service Manager), Zack, Kevin, Nicki, Kevin, Lucas and Carl have always made me and my family feel like family, explaining what needs to be done and taking time to make sure that unnecessary repairs were not done. I want to give a shout out to John, Chris and Ryan back in the garage that do excellent job in repairing my vehicles in a timely manner. More

Never got a clear picture of how much it was going to cost when I first brought it in. Nor a time line. After a couple of weeks I think it was Kevin who called and said it would take longer and said that I would not be charged for the car rental. A plus He called me on Nov 12, and did not know my wife had past on the 11th. He was very kind and I call him back later. I bought my first new car in 1964. Have found that dealer service in general is bad. More
