Oil Change/Tire Rotation I have been going to get my free oil changes for life at the Lou Fusz service center for over 8 years and appreciate this deal that is still available I have been going to get my free oil changes for life at the Lou Fusz service center for over 8 years and appreciate this deal that is still available since I originally bought from them years ago. I also get tires rotated as well to make sure to give the team some business while I am there, but last couple of times it has taken close to two hours to complete an oil change and tire rotation, along with no car wash which was always previously included in prior visits. Employees are great as always to work with and I look forward to years of more excellent service from the team! More

On day three not having heard anything; I called them. Well Keith who acted as if he didn't give a xxxx that day about my car or anything else - said they would need to keep it an extra day to wash it. (REALLY) I explained to him my plans were to travel out of town...still past poor customer service. But you got my vehicle so I am not going there with you. So now it is day four and Dave tells me - "OH we found more damage and had to order an additional part." Well why was I not informed? Well on day one, two, three or four you didn't choose to share your findings with me? In fact, the extra time was for a car wash!! Still don't have my car - promised for tomorrow. But I am not hopeful. I am not your friend, not your sister and xxxx sure not a happy camper because it doesn't cost any extra to offer good customer service. Needless to say I am concerned that the service might be as poor as the customer service and if it is - I am in big trouble. More

Hidden Waranties Financing was deceptive and misleading. I was NOT given a copy of the MO-e 1/19 Retail Installment Sale Contract and given the opportunity to review Financing was deceptive and misleading. I was NOT given a copy of the MO-e 1/19 Retail Installment Sale Contract and given the opportunity to review it before I signed electronically, as required. Nor could I confirm that I received a completely filled-in copy since I never saw it. I received nothing. I asked about the paperwork and was told it would be mailed to me, which I never received. I thought it was a little strange, but being older, not having bought a car in over 14 years, procedures may have changed. The only way I was able to obtain a copy was to request it from the financial institution financing my car and also found out that an extended warranty for over $2,000 was written into the contract without my knowledge. I called the Finance Manager several times, leaving messages each time requesting the contract and a call back, to no avail. My calls were not returned. I cancelled the warranty through another finance manager and addressed my issues with a sales manager but am still deeply disturbed about the whole experience and have to wonder why this happened to me when the dealership has a very high rating.overall.
