I noticed some moisture in my driver side headlight cover! I called Lou Fusz and Zack answered the phone! I explain what I saw and he said do u have a pic oof it and I said yes! Within 5 minutes he knew what needed too be done and ordered the part! 2 Days later he received the part and said when can u come on! I made the appointment and when I arrived Zack met me at my car! They immediately took my car in for the service! About 20 minutes later Andy came by too see if I needed anything and said your car will be done shortly! About 15 minutes later Zack said all done and explained everything! He walked me too my car and it was washed and believe it or not they were even vacuuming the inside! Great car buying experience I was looking for a Kia Telluride SX and knew they were in super high demand. After visiting two Kia dealerships that had one in inventory, I found o I was looking for a Kia Telluride SX and knew they were in super high demand. After visiting two Kia dealerships that had one in inventory, I found out they were each asking way over list price and the super cheesy used car salesmen had a take it or leave it attitude. So I tried Fusz Kia hoping for a better experience. When I walked in, everyone was busy but the lady at the front grabbed Josh Hough, their Internet person to see if he could help me. He was super helpful and explained that the Fusz policy is to never ask over list which is also why they had none in inventory but he would be happy to order one. We went over the options and he explained each one in detail. I ended up ordering them all! Every few weeks Josh would text or email me with an update on the progress of my new Kia and gave me an expected delivery date of Feb. 22nd. On February 17th I get a call from Josh that good news, your Kia came in early, come on by and pick it up! When I arrived, Josh greeted me and directed me to Kris Portnoy since Josh was really just helping out. Kris was great, super friendly and made the process go very smoothly. We went over the paperwork, and then he walked me over to my new Telluride sitting inside the showroom and polished like a gem. He told me to check it out while he got my information over to Nichole in Finance. After a few minutes of playing around, Nichole came over and introduced herself. We went into her office and after a few signatures, we were golden. No high-pressure addons or extended warranties or other nonsense I hate about buying a car. In less than an hour, I was in, out, old car traded for 2K over what the other Kia dealership offered, and was rolling down the road. What a wonderful experience, I would go back to a Fusz dealership in a second. More
