They send out the same This place is a money pit every time I come in. I receive "coupons" in my email every few months to remind me of my oil change. They send out the same coupon for a $45 oil change, tire rotation, multi-point inspection, and genuine Kia oil filter replacement. Yet every time I'm still paying double that for an oil change after I stated I only want what is on the coupon done to my vehicle. Why send out coupons if you don't honor them. When its time to pay I'm told they can only take $20 off which is still overpriced. Will not be returning to this location. More

My brother had been helping me look for a car and Rachel had been extremely prompt and honest with pricing, so I walked in expecting to drive the car in comparison to one I had driven closer to home. Crystal met me with a smile and immediately connected me with the car I wanted to drive. She knew well the options I was looking for and walked me through it. Next thing I know Joe is walking me through the finance and I have my first new car. Painless and Extremely exciting experience because of Crystal and Joe. Then I got a picture with my new car(didn't like that part, LOL) and I was trained in the features of my new car. Yippee!! More

Always a good experience Kia's service center always has friendly people, and they let me know any maintenance issues that my car needs addressed without being overly pushy a Kia's service center always has friendly people, and they let me know any maintenance issues that my car needs addressed without being overly pushy about having them do it that day. Sometimes there are things my husband can do himself, and it's good to get the heads up that there's an issue. Sometimes it's easier to let Lou Fusz Kia handle it that day while I'm there, so my husband doesn't have to mess with it. Also, the comfortable waiting area, free wifi, snacks, and drinks make my wait pleasant. More
They had the vehicle I wanted I bought a Telluride from this dealership. Other dealers had been unable to find one for me. My salesperson went on the test drive with me per my request and showed me all the features and helped set up the Bluetooth, etc. While I was waiting for the car to arrive, the communication was lacking, even though I had given them a deposit. The delivery was delayed twice and I did not receive a call about it. It took more than a day to receive a return call after I left a message. The receptionist sounded dismissive. I felt like I was inconveniencing them when I spoke to them. Overall, I am glad I got the Telluride. Joe in lfinance was particularly friendly and helpful. Thanks for a great vehicle. More
