I am a busy mom of 3 with a full time job and my Sorento is my life-line, I fully trusted Kevin and the service team with my vehicle and the wait in the lobby was worth it (only about 45 mins)! I honestly can't wait to go back because I love looking at the other vehicles in the showroom and getting ideas for the next KIA that I'll buy! Would not recommend I have done all the required maintenance and still smell fuel intermittedly in the cabin of my car. I don't care if Kia outsources it's parts, they a I have done all the required maintenance and still smell fuel intermittedly in the cabin of my car. I don't care if Kia outsources it's parts, they are ultimately responsible and the dealership is responsible for performing warranty maintenance on the vehicle. Considering the class action lawsuits and number of 15 Kia Optima engine fires, 'can't reproduce the problem' isn't a valid response. More
