New Car purchase We came into Lou Fusz KIA to check out the KIA Sportage. We told them what we were looking for and they had just the perfect car!! We took it out for a test drive and really liked it, but were not ready to purchase. Curtis was great, there was no high pressure and we came back a few days later and bought the car. Everyone at the dealership made the process very smooth!! We would definitely recommend Lou Fusz KIA! More
They did not repair my vehicle on the appointment day They were not able to do the repair on the designated appointment day, which I had booked over a month earlier so I would not miss work. They had me come in on my first Monday back to work at 7 AM before my shift started at work at 7:30. Lou Fusz had someone drive me to work and then pick me up after work. A rental would have been a nicer gesture.Then, they told me they washed my car. That did not happen. The bird poop that was there before I brought it in was in the same spot and the floors were not vacuumed. Then they said they gave me a $48 vehicle point check for free. Woohoo. I had booked the appointment over a month in advance and the very day of the appointment they called me and said the only employee that could change the bubbling splitting window tint couldn't come in. He had a vehicle problem of his own. Well I am very disappointed with this experience My wife has been there before for an oil change and they end up finding hundreds of dollars worth of repairs and she has a 2016. The dealership considers spraying some water over a vehicle, a car wash. It still has dust, water spots and other dirt on it after they bring it up front and say it's washed. She gets all of her oil changes elsewhere, now. We are very disappointed in our treatment at the Lou Fusz Kia in Creve Coeur. More
