Great Body Work/Great Service from everyone Brought 2017 Sportage in for some body work after a small accident. Sam and the staff took care of me and the car. By the time I arrived to drop off the car, I had a rental waiting for me and the promise of the work being completed by the end of the week. There was supplemental work required and again, Sam and the staff took care of this and notified the insurance company. Sam kept me up to date on the progress of the repairs and the work was completed when promised. Thanks for everything. Car looks great. For service schedules that are extensive, the service manager has discussed how certain items can be relocated to a different service cycle in order to spread cost over time, again of course in keeping with proper maintenance. I really appreciate that. And wait time for completion of service is always very reasonable. I've never been disappointed with the time it takes to get service. And of course the quality of work is excellent. Bottom line, they do a great job at the Lou Fusz Kia service department. More
