I only had an oil change and tire rotation. Everything related to cars costs more than we like, but it's the nature of the beast across automotive dealerships and outside mechanics. They have a great waiting room with posh leather chairs, complimentary coffees and sodas, TV, etc., and even a nook with a table and chair for computer work. Best perk? They returned my car washed and vacuumed. More

I was happy with Lou Fusz. During my last visit I was told my front and rear brakes were really bad. The front was supposed to be at 25% and they were going to charge me over $ During my last visit I was told my front and rear brakes were really bad. The front was supposed to be at 25% and they were going to charge me over $598.28 to replace the front and $707.84 to replace the rear. I got them checked today. The front brake pads and rotor need to be replaced but the rear was still good at 75%. Now I do not trust the service techs there and will not be coming back. They always make service suggestions, which I appreciate, but I don't want to be cheated or lied to. More
