This is the first time using Lou Fusz Kia for service on my car and I will definitely use them again! Received a text saying someone was dispatched to pick up my car and then another text that Tyreese was my car and I will definitely use them again! Received a text saying someone was dispatched to pick up my car and then another text that Tyreese was right down the street. I met him outside my work and gave him my keys. Tyreese was very professional and listened to my concerns before leaving with my car. I was kept informed by the service department about suggestions and what needed to be done. I thought I may need a front end alignment because I just had new tires put on after hitting a pothole but was told it was fine. They could have just done the alignment and I wouldn't have known but they were honest and saved me money that I didn't need to spend! Overall, very kind, honest and professional staff at Lou Fusz Kia! More

I have never been to this Kia dealership but I will definitely be back because one it’s closer to my house and two the service is remarkable.
