After being rear ended at a red light, dealing with the other insurance company was a nightmare. The collision center handled all of it flawlessly. I put in an online service appointment through the Lou Fusz Kia website 4 days before coming into the shop, stating that I was coming in for a recall, oil change maintenance, and to look a couple pieces o Fusz Kia website 4 days before coming into the shop, stating that I was coming in for a recall, oil change maintenance, and to look a couple pieces of trim that needed to be glued back down. Even though the website appointment expressly stated that I was coming in for the recall (and had a specific button to alert the servicing team that it was for a recall), I was notified that they didn't have the parts and that I would have to come back at a later time to have them complete the recall repair. This is after the car had been in the shop for 3 hours that day. I used the systems provided by Lou Fusz Kia to make the team aware of what I was coming in (VIN locator on servicing website to notify owners if vehicle is under recall, scheduling button to state that I was coming in for recall) and it seems those details just weren't reviewed until after I had dropped off the car. I am disappointed by the teams' nonchalance when I asked if anyone had checked to see if any parts were needed to be ordered for the recall before I dropped off the car. But the team made sure they were able to complete the $400 maintenance package on the vehicle while it was in the shop... More
