VERY Disappointing! Went in for Oil Change and Emissions Inspection - Advisor was too taken with recall that they neglected to get my Inspection on the work order. Sat Went in for Oil Change and Emissions Inspection - Advisor was too taken with recall that they neglected to get my Inspection on the work order. Sat in the waiting area for 2 hours, only to find out that the inspection was not performed and the recall couldn't be handled as the part needed to be ordered and the coolant is on back-order!! Next day - warning light came on about coolant needing to be filled - much difficulty getting to speak with Service Department (it was a Saturday). Most communication came via text message...... only to drive my car there and get a no-charge loaner.....two working days later - still no part/coolant. Conversation with GM was Less Than Productive. Really came off as condescending and touting their CS award for 2022. We have purchased at least EIGHT (8) vehicles from the Lou Fusz Family - not sure we will ever be back to purchase another!!! More
