I purchased an EV6 from this dealership and everything went well. Within weeks, I had a charging issue and an USB connectivity issue. Understanding that electric vehicles are new technology I knew there went well. Within weeks, I had a charging issue and an USB connectivity issue. Understanding that electric vehicles are new technology I knew there would be growing pains. I brought the vehicle in and the service department could not replicate the USB problem and therefore "couldn't fix it". Also, at this time, they suspected the charging issue was not the vehicle. Fast forward two months and exhaustive troubleshooting (by me) it was determined that it was in fact the vehicle. Kia even put out a TSB for this issue which I had to bring to the service department's attention. Ok, so this issue was "fixed" (not really but this was not under Lou Fusz's control). I continued to have an USB connectivity issue. After several back and forths between me and the service department and supposedly the manufacturer (over several weeks) I was told that a software update was available and would fix the USB issue. When I brought it in I expected that the service department would know what the issue was... slightly frustrating after all of the time spent on this issue. After some questions and clarifications, I was satisfied. The software update went as planned. It did not however, fix the issue. The lack of resolution is not why I rate them so low. They get this rating because less than a week later I get an email to complete a survey. Upon completion of the survey I get a text from the service manager. Keep in mind that no one has contacted me to see if the software update fixed the issue. This text was not to address and fix any of my ratings on the survey. His suggestion was not to find out how they can improve; it was for me to find another dealership. I guess I will take his advice. More

Made appointment for service! When I arrived Nicci met me at my car! Took all the information and explained what services I was getting! They took my car right away and she escort When I arrived Nicci met me at my car! Took all the information and explained what services I was getting! They took my car right away and she escorted me to the waiting area! During the service Nicci kept me informed the entire time!! Great Job! And also they washed my car!! When service was done she escorted me too my car!!! More
