Service was good and salespeople were quite fair and personable. My salesperson in particular was quite nice and transparent about his process. Too bad the entire experience was ruined by their financial services. They will try to bundle various services with your lease in order to scam you out of your money. They will tell you that this is simply a matter of convenience. "You can bundle your oil and lease payments into one bill that is so easy to pay online!" Which sounds convenient on paper, but what they blatantly won't tell you is that these monthly subscription based services CANNOT be cancelled. Completely ludicrous. These services are essentially attached like leeches to your car payments, making you financially obligated to pay for their overpriced services. Lou Fusz' complete lack of disclosure is a testament to their predatory business practices and lack of integrity towards their customer base. Needless to say I will NOT be taking my business back here again. As an update, I have since been told that I WAS eligible for a refund 30 days following the beginning of my contract. HOWEVER, when I went into the finance office 3 weeks into my subscription (when I was perfectly eligible for cancellation) I was explicitly told that I cannot cancel this service. So what gives? Who's telling the truth? Either way, somebody is lying here and I was cheated out of my money. What a ludicrous turn of events. More
