If I said yes to the tires it would have been over $1300. Can't tell you how to run your business. Seems a little odd you won't honor another local Mazda Dealers coupon. By the way I bought the car brand new from this dealer. Like to keep all the service work with you but $500-$1300 just seem like there would have been more consideration here. More

Everyone at the dealership was friendly and helpful. I was disappointed that as part of the sales process I was not offered some sort of bonus or discount attached to my purchase. Because I did have a trade in i couldn’t haggle over the price of the car. But if they had offered me something like free oil changes for a year that is something that would want me to tell others to shop with them. But to my surprise they merely wrapped up my deal quickly and sent me on my way. More
The dealer mishandled the diagnostic testing of my car. Informed me that they figured out the issue and looked into other concerns I called out and they were simply the affect of something else not working Informed me that they figured out the issue and looked into other concerns I called out and they were simply the affect of something else not working properly. I was without a car for almost 2 weeks with a $1000 bill. I was advised my car was test driven by multiple people and no issues arose after testing so my car when good to go. I drove my car about 7 miles to my residence. When I went back to start it up every light was on on my dashboard and it began leaking fluids. I had it took back the next business day and was presented with a $2000. My car was not properly tested before giving it back and never had a leak in the 14 years I’ve had the car. They would not take ownership for their doing or lack there of for testing. I was highly disappointed and felt I was misinformed and could not make an adequate decision when paying the initial $1000. After 14 years, I will not be back for any services in the future. More
