Everyone I worked with was very nice and I had an overall good experience. The only criticism I would have would be lack of communication. I dropped my car off at 8am with a pickup time set for 3:30pm. By 2p good experience. The only criticism I would have would be lack of communication. I dropped my car off at 8am with a pickup time set for 3:30pm. By 2pm I had not heard anything on the progress of my car and whether it would actually be ready by 3:30. I called the service center and they provided my an update. Not a big deal at all! But usually, I would expect to hear back a little earlier. More

As I approached this sparkling gem of a facility, I was greeted by a very friendly service advisor named Brian. Brian graciously helped me to drop off my vehicle, And assured me that my precious Mazda woul greeted by a very friendly service advisor named Brian. Brian graciously helped me to drop off my vehicle, And assured me that my precious Mazda would be cared for tenderly. The work was performed as promised and I received a video review of the vehicle’s condition during inspection. Once I arrived to pick up my vehicle, Brian proved to be a true hero as he saved my cat from a nearby tree and also helped me fix the slice in my golf swing. What a guy! More
