I usually work with Stephanie, who is a Mazda service advisor. She is always really great about explaining things and makes me feel valued and comfortable. I also love that the mechanics send me a video advisor. She is always really great about explaining things and makes me feel valued and comfortable. I also love that the mechanics send me a video showing me what is going on with my car - good and bad! Their prices are very reasonable compared to most dealerships and I trust they know what they are doing when it comes to my Mazda. They have taken very good care of me in the 6 years since I bought my car from them.. I love my car and will likely be buying my next one from Lou Fusz in the future, even though they are a 3 hour drive from my home. I highly recommend them! More

The dealership is really nice and everyone that works there is super helpful, friendly and professional. Our salesman Moe Daoud is the best. We have purchased two Mazdas from him and we highly recommend there is super helpful, friendly and professional. Our salesman Moe Daoud is the best. We have purchased two Mazdas from him and we highly recommend him to our friends & family. The first Mazda was a CX-5 surprise for our daughters 16th birthday. Moe went above and beyond to make it special for her. He had the car cleaned up and on the showroom floor with balloons when she arrived. We always take my daughters Mazda to the service department there and it's always a good experience. We will definitely take the new Mazda CX-30 there as well. It's always a pleasure doing business at Lou Fusz Mazda! More

A visit to the Twighlight zone,,I brought my car back from an oil change because it was over filled..They changed the oil and had me observe them check it...It was over filled again! They stated it was from an oil change because it was over filled..They changed the oil and had me observe them check it...It was over filled again! They stated it was okay and I did not how to check oil.I gave up went home dropped the oil and put the proper amount back in..A note My responsibility for 28 years was maintaining vehicles, grounds equipment, janitorial equipment etc..I created maintenance schedules and hands on work..my equipment usually exceeded dealer predicted tear downs and replacement..Oh I do know how to check oil Thomas Norton More
