Our Experience with Hunter Jackson I have been thinking about a car for a month or so. I had never been to the Lou Fusz Subaru dealer on 900 N. Lindbergh, but my husband and I decided I have been thinking about a car for a month or so. I had never been to the Lou Fusz Subaru dealer on 900 N. Lindbergh, but my husband and I decided to check it out. Hunter Jackson introduced himself and we talked about the Subaru I would like. Hunter walked us all over the dealer's lot as I had many questions about each of the various Subaru's. We were very impressed with Hunter's knowledge as well as not "pushing" us to buy a vehicle, although I know he wanted to sell us a vehicle. We were with Hunter for about 2 hours when we did decide to buy the 2020 Subaru Outback. Again, Hunter is very knowledgeable about all the new safety features and how to access them.. Great customer service and informed decisionmaking I've been in the store twice to view used vehicles to see if they were a good fit. Hunter helped me both times and has been a tremendous help. He knows these vehicles and what they have to offer--he was able to answer my technical questions and show me where they were on the vehicle. He's also excellent at a quick turnaround time with communication. Attributes like these are what I value--you may have others. When the time is right I plan to call him directly and arrange a time to discuss what I want in a vehicle. More

After buying 3 Subaru cars from here, I finally met the worst manager I have ever dealt with. Bryan Kreutz is a Low life and worst kind of car sales manager to meet. If you do not see John Malloy, turn aro worst manager I have ever dealt with. Bryan Kreutz is a Low life and worst kind of car sales manager to meet. If you do not see John Malloy, turn around. I will no longer be a customer of this location ever. Molloy is the only decent one there that is willing to work with you. Tried to buy out my lease for my parents who live in South Carolina. Bryan Kreutz jacked up the price of buying out my car from the lease by $8,000+. I could have bought the car in cash (not credit or a loan) right there but he messed up that sale! Even called Subaru in front of everyone and had Subaru /Chase read the buy out price on speaker phone that was $8k lower to prove how unaccomodating Bryan Kreutz is and how he was trying to screw me over. That manager is a thief and just turned a loyal customer of 10+ years (2006 WRX, 2015 Forrester, 2017 Forrester) into customer who will gladly take my money elsewhere and let everyone know how Bryan Kreutz tried to screw me over with his greed. More
