Buying our Ridgeline from Lou Sobh was ALMOST a perfect experience. Joseph, our salesperson, was amazing! He worked with us over the phone nearly constantly over the course of the day we made our decisio experience. Joseph, our salesperson, was amazing! We wanted some specific accessories added to the vehicle we bought and he researched, expedited, and corrected an issue we almost ran into! He was so great and I'd love to work with him again! However... Joseph gave me a detailed quote about the price of the vehicle. I came to the dealership with a check in hand ready to pay cash. When we were done with the deal, we waited about half an hour to go into a small office where some schmuck tried to sell us a bunch of xx. It wasn't a hard sell, but the idea that we got a quote and then... "Hey, you really should give us another five thousand dollars! Why not tack on 10% AFTER we've quoted you a number with a detailed itemized document?" It's repugnant. And if you say that's how car dealerships work, well, it doesn't have to be. So yeah, 4 out of 5. Too bad Joseph doesn't run the whole show. More
